A specially developed polyurethane body, encapsulated with a stainless steel support tube or shaft, fits snugly against the belt cover or roller and reacts extremely flexibly to the product flow. The scrapers, which are particularly gentle on the belt, ensure a longer service life and less maintenance for your belts even under difficult conditions.
planBe clamping system
The scraper's specially developed clamping system creates consistent pressure on the strip surface. The torsion element is internal and protected from dirt, which guarantees durability.

Features of our scrapers
In order to ensure optimum scraping results and a long service life in a wide range of applications, our scrapers for the food industry are made from high-quality polyurethane or high-performance plastic PEEK and from a carbide/PU combination for sand, stone and soil areas. We attach great importance to taking into account your specific requirements in the following areas:

In order to apply the required pressure from the belt scraper to the belt, we use a maintenance-free torsion element arranged in the support tube. This type of positioning ensures both a space-saving construction and protection against external influences on the torsion element.
Sealing between torsion element and support tube: Our design ensures an effective seal that reliably prevents dirt or product residues from entering.
Optimum protection against the ingress of dirt or product residues: The protection of the torsion element ensures long-term and trouble-free operation.
Variable clamping force: The adjustable clamping force makes it possible to optimally adapt the belt scraper to different conditions and requirement profiles.

Temperature resistant: Our scrapers are temperature-resistant and can be used in a range of -20°C to +60°C and up to 250°C (100°C food safe).
Heated scrapers: With an internal heater, they are ideal for applications involving chocolate, grease, sebum and other substances that require a constant temperature.
Tungsten carbide scraper: If it gets a bit coarser, a carbide scraper with a carbide tip is the ideal solution.
Anti-static scrapers: Perfect for use in EX areas in the non-food sector.
Reinforced version: For bandwidths of up to 2500 mm, we offer reinforced wipers to ensure effective cleaning even with large belts.
Food compliance: Our wipers comply with the guidelines of Regulation 1935/2004 (EC) and (EU) No 10/2011 as well as FDA, which proves their suitability for contact with food.
Easy assembly for quick deployment
The sophisticated and space-saving design of our belt scrapers enables cost-effective and quick installation, even in existing systems. Our belt scrapers can be mounted both on the pulley and in the bottom of the conveyor belt.
